Internet Science and Technology
MSc program (now) / track within CS (soon) about all aspects of communication networks and cyber-physical systems:
◮ from fundamental technology to application; ◮ all kinds of networks:
from general-purpose networks (Internet, 4G/5G, Bluetooth), to networks for dedicated applications (sensor networks, car2car networks);
◮ from theoretical to experimental; ◮ from understanding fundamental concepts and mechanisms to being
familiar with real systems, such as the Internet;
◮ taking into account important aspects such as dependability and
security.

Separate master programme?
◮ Yes . . . it started as a separate master in between EE and CS ◮ Now practically organised as a track within CS master, and
from Sept. 2019 this will probably be the official status as well.
