Evidence-Based Reading (combined with Writing) 200-800 pts
Types of Questions Skills Being Assessed All Reading Test questions are multiple choice and based on passages. Use context clues in a passage to figure out which meaning of a word
- r phrase is being used.
Read passages and interpret informational graphics. Decide how an author’s word choice shapes meaning, style, and tone.

Evidence-Based Writing (combined with Reading) 200-800 pts
Types of Questions Skills Being Assessed All Writing & Language Test questions are multiple choice and based on passages. This is about the building blocks of writing: sentence structure, usage, and punctuation. You’ll be asked to change words, clauses, sentences, and punctuation. Some questions ask you to improve the way passages develop information and ideas.

Join us as we tour colleges around Central Florida for a unique
- experience. Each day we will visit a college or career site and
begin planning for your student’s future. Dates: June 5 - 9, 2017 Locations: Legacy Middle School (East Orange County) Oak Ridge High School (Central Orange County) Olympia High School (West Orange County) Time: 8:00 am-3:00 pm Cost for camp: $125.00 Deposit: $25 and return of the registration application will reserve a spot for your student to participate. Deadline for registration application is April 14th.
