Introduction

• Varikust ACOUSTIC doors are multi-rebated doors with

an internal handle activated sealing mechanism between the bottom of the door leaf and the threshold

• This system allows for uninterrupted floor finish
• Sound Insulation doors ranging from 30dB to 51dB
• Complimentary product to the Variflex system
• Easy operation
• Effective sealing mechanism
• Available as gas/ dustproof fire doors fitted with escape

gear

General notes

• Auto Seal doors typically require heavy duty door closures.
• Lockable handle features specially keyed pad lock.
• Double maglock requires Auto Seal
• Panic bar requires Auto Seal
• Elektromechanical solenoid requires Auto Seal

Special features

• All exposed steel ironmongery- SS304
• All aluminum typically architectural grade natural anodised–15 micron
• Vesconite hinge pins in dirty environments
• All latches and bolts are steel- not brass
