Independent Service Provider (ISP) requirements

ISP requirements for Rover3PL

• Rover3PL ISP’s will be expected to:

– Maintain the highest level of accuracy when performing duties for our clients. – Communicate effectively and courteously with Rover3PL employees and clients.

• Enroll in CMS’ ICMPower for contractor management

services.

• Rover3PL is a drug free workplace and all ISP’s will be

required to undergo contractor drug screening.

• Maintain a clean driving record and keep vehicle

registration and insurance up to date at all times.

ISP requirements for Rover3PL

• Rover3PL ISP photo ID badge will be required to be

worn and visible at all times while contracting with Rover3PL.

– Provided by Rover3PL.

• All ISP’s will be required to wear Rover3PL logo shirt or
• uterwear visible by clients when performing duties for

Rover3PL.

– First 2 polo shirts provided by Rover3PL, additional gear may be purchased at cost and expensed from weekly commission check.

ISP requirements for Rover3PL

• Rover3PL ISP will be required to use an AT&T

smartphone with PTT (push to talk) feature enabled. Platform must support “MobileTek” application.

– Rover will rent devices to ISP’s that currently do not own an AT&T smartphone for a weekly rental fee that can be expensed directly from ISP weekly commission check. Rover3PL equipment lease will be signed before devices are issued.
