TRADE PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES $500+GST As a first at ComBio conferences, we are pleased to advise we are offering trade presentation opportunities at ComBio2016 to confirmed exhibitors. These will be held in the morning/afternoon tea breaks and immediately after the ePoster presentations in the lunch break (whilst the poster presentations are in progress). They will be held in a specially made meeting room in the centre of the exhibition hall. The meeting room will have acrylic panels on the upper half, so everyone inside the room will be fully visible. There will be seating for 72 persons with a four metre wide entrance to the meeting room – so there will be plenty of standing room if required. The 10 minute presentation slots offered are costed at $500+GST. Therefore, if you wanted a 20 minute speaking slot, it would cost $1,000+GST. Your presenter/s would also need to be registered for your booth. There will be a lectern and PA/microphone supplied as well as a large monitor for data

• projection. The presentations will need to be sent to our Audio Visuals Manager at least

2 weeks prior to the conference for loading. The conference program and app will detail the company names and times of presentations, and we will also email all registrants prior to the conference detailing these lunch time activities. We envisage there should be up to 19 x 10 minute presentation slots available (or around 9 x 20 minute presentations). Early payment of presentation fee would provide companies with priority of the selection of timing (morning/afternoon tea or lunch) and day of presentation. …/2

DAY SPONSORSHIP OF ALL FUNCTIONS (two opportunities) $3,500+GST There are 2 day sponsorship packages offered for the Wednesday and Thursday of the conference. Each package will include the morning and afternoon teas and lunches, so the sponsor will effectively sponsor the day's events. ADVERTISING IN A5 CONFERENCE PROGRAM BOOKLET: The A5 conference program is the handbook used by all registrants for the duration of the conference. Most attendees keep (and collect) their copy of the program for future reference.  The back cover page and front inside cover are both available at a cost of $2,000+GST (full colour advertisement).  Black & white advertisements (LHS) are available within the program in a prominent position at a cost of $500+GST.  Colour advertisements (LHS) are available within the program in a prominent position at a cost of $1,000+GST. The conference program is handed to all registrants at the conference and the anticipated printrun is +1,000. . COPY DEADLINE IS Monday, 15 August 2016 NAMEBADGE SPONSORSHIP $2,200+GST Have your company logo on both sides of the namebadges worn by all registrants for the entire meeting.
