Facility Administrator (must be first person to request access)

– A Certifying Official or a Duly Authorized Representative must request this access

  • Step 1: Request access and provide basic facility information
  • Step 2: DEQ reviews access request and verifies information submitted
  • Step 3: DEQ approves/disapproves access request

– If approved: notification received via e-mail – If disapproved: notification received via e-mail and DEQ outreach is made to determine next steps

Note—the same steps apply for each role except. However, the Facility Administrator:

  • Provides basic facility information
  • Approves/disapproves the View/Edit role
  • Can disapprove current facility users
