WHAT IS NDC?
What is New Distribution Capability (NDC)?
- A program for the development and adoption of a new data
transmission standard.
- A set of standard XML schemas for searching, pricing, booking,
ticketing, payment, servicing and settlement
Why NDC?
- Modernize how air products are retailed via a third party. For
example differentiate products, improve time to market, understand who is asking and access to rich content (e.g. enhanced services such as meals, seats, baggage, limo)
