Here are the issues I found and we will discuss during this retrospective.
Time to retro, sit down, shut up and write some notes
We are too busy to have retrospectives
1 point equals 1 person day O
Measuring for the wrong reason.
Everything in the backlog must be done NOW.
They are the best developer we have, it’s okay if they are a bit eccentric.
Sprints are longer than 3 weeks
All communication MUST be done by Email.
Summary on how to fail • Think that only standups make you agile • Bringing notes to a standup • One person retrospectives • Half of retrospective writing post-its • Too busy to have Retrospectives • Mandating what story points represent • Using Metrics for evil. • Tolerating brilliant jerks • Really long sprints • CYA with emails
