• AMERICAS is a Support Action to

‒ enhance EU-LAC cooperation in ICT R&D ‒ reinforce EU-LAC political dialogue on ICT

• AMERICAS collaborates with the Senior

Officials Working Group on ICT for Societal Challenges

‒ share ICT WG initiatives to promote e- Inclusion, e-Health, Living Labs and Smart Cities for EU-LAC cooperation ‒ support the implementation of project ideas and pilot initiatives in these areas ‒ AMERICAS partners are ICT WG participants: CONICYT (co-leader), COLCIENCIAS, MINCyT and ITESM.
