Guiding Values: Collaboration, Community-Centered, Comprehensive, and Cohesive Strategic Goals: Goal 1: Educating Hard-to-Count/least like to respond demographic populations about the benefits of being counted and maximizing the number of Californians enumerated in the 2020 Census Goal 2: Design new and innovative outreach strategies to reach hard-to- count and vulnerable populations. Goal 3: Strengthen multi-County, region-wide collaboration.
