CC – Course Completion

  • Period 2, Opens (May 4)
  • Yearlong courses cover two reporting periods. You

will report students once for each collection period. On the first collection period, report students who have completed course with the grade received by the end of the semester. For the second collection period, report student once who has completed along with last grade awarded. The report results will include number of students completing a course, the courses taken, and semester grade.

  • Submit the positions on employees employed

during the academic school year.

  • Each Corporation or other entity must have at

least one corp level administrator

  • Each CE/CP record must have a matching

DT – Dual Credit Completion

  • Opens (July 31st)
  • Submit data on the number and type of

courses for which students obtained dual

  • credit. (i.e., where the student obtained both

high school credit and transcript course credit from a college or university.)

  • Only courses approved by DOE for Dual

Credit reporting are to be submitted (2014- 2015 List of Subject Codes)

EE – Educator Evaluation Results

  • Opened April 14th.
  • Submit data to allow schools to identify

student-to-teacher linkages that will be used to assign student Growth Model scores to teachers for the purpose of educator evaluations (IC 20-28-11.5)

  • Each public corporation is required to

submit EE.

rating on each educator in your corporation as required by (IC 20-28-11.5-9)

  • Try Clicking the Refresh button found at the right

side of both the Scoreboard and Collection Management when data submissions do not match up or sign-off is not an option.

  • Data Submissions need to be deleted? This can be

done under Data Verification, Collection Management by selecting the RED X.

  • Retrieve your final or old data submissions under

Administration, Retrieve Data.
