  16. Holiday Vaccinations If you are travelling abroad and think you may need vaccinations please collect a ‘Holiday Vaccination Form’ from Reception. You will need one form for each person travelling. Once you have completed and returned to Surgery an appointment will be made for you to see the Practice Nurse to receive your vaccinations. Clinician Appointment Times  On rare occasions our clinicians may be running late.  This is usually due to them dealing with a patient with more urgent complex needs, such as an emergency hospital admission.  These situations are unavoidable and are not the fault of our reception team.  We thank you for your patience and understanding if you have to wait past your appointment time.
