We are different

We don’t deal with cultural diversity like most other consulting firms for that simple reason it doesn’t lead to the level of improvement we want to achieve with our clients. Gugin is a global company with consultants all over the world but with no physical headquarters. Since 2001 that has given us a unique opportunity to form teams that are always ideal for our clients. When operating in non-english speaking countries we always have at least one consultant on the team, who speaks the language natively, however all written reports, courses, seminars etc will be held in English. Due to our unique structure and high level of flexibility we will always have to best resources avaialble for you.

  • Dr. Finn Majlergaard, founder , owner and

managing partner in Gugin is an internationally acclaimed management consultant and business executive. He is specialised in creating competitive advantage from cultural diversity in companies and organisations around the world. He has worked in more than 30 countries in numerous industries and have held executive positions with Arthur Andersen Business Conculting, CSC and IBM before founding Gugin in 2001. He is an excellent communicator which combined with 20+ years of experience combined with a solid academic background makes him a highly esteemed coach and consultant for companies who really want to take advantage of cultural diversity. His pragmatic approach guarantees a focus on delivering results that can be used instantly. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a doctorate from ISM in Paris, New York, Tokyo and Shanghai. He is the vice Dean of academic affairs at International Institute of Paris and he is on the board of directors of several international companies
