This involved the provision of a new Community Hall and 20 affordable dwellings on an adjacent site. The new Vicarage provides a new live/work dwelling for the Vicar, the Vicar’s family and parishioners. Has the Building Lived up to expectations? Temperature has remained constant and non fluctuating. Ground Source Heat Pump has functioned well with initial under floor problems ironed out. PV is proving successful providing sufficient generation for GSHP, all power requirements whilst managing to export . Water Harvesting contributing considerably.
