Built for The London Diocesan Fund (LDF) in advance of the construction of a wider, mixed-use community development in Wembley, undertaken by Galliford Try Partnerships Ltd. This involved the provision of a new Community Hall and 20 affordable dwellings

Has the Building Lived up to expectations?

Temperature has remained constant and non fluctuating. Ground Source Heat Pump has functioned well with initial under floor problems ironed out. PV is proving successful providing sufficient generation for GSHP, all power requirements whilst managing to export . Water Harvesting contributing considerably. UPLIFT COSTS --
