Action Plan for NSEC

l Action Plan for NSEC Development covering 2008–2012 which coincides with the remaining period of the Ten-Year GMS Strategic Framework. l It covers measures that are being implemented or are expected to be initiated in 2008–2012. It includes initiatives that are short term (completed within 2 years), medium term (completed within 5 years), and long term (completed beyond 5 years). l As the NSEC routes have similarities as well as differences, the Action Plan contains measures that are common to all routes and applicable only to specific routes. The NSEC components of GMS-wide programs and projects are included in the Action Plan in relevant cases.
