  4. The OpenChain Specification defines a core set of requirements every quality compliance program must satisfy. 4

  5. Training Inbound Outbound Policy Process 5

  6. The OpenChain Specification is about confirming a company has open source processes, policies and training. Companies have the flexibility to decide the content of each specific process, policies and training. 6

  8. OpenChain Conformance allows organizations to display their adherence to these requirements. 8
