What is the RSR??? The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report

Required of all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Funded Providers The window for submitting the 2015 Interim RSR to the AIDS Institute ends Friday, November 13, 2015. Final 2015 RSR due to AIDS Institute beginning of 2016!

  • The Grantee Report: Information regarding the recipient of the funds.

This can be New York State (Part B); New York City (Part A); or an individual provider that is directly funded (Part C or Part D)

  • The Provider Report: Information on each provider receiving a

subcontract from the major grantees such as NYS (all of our Part B providers and contractors)

  • The Eligible Scope Client Level Data (CLD): Information from each provider
  • n the clients who received the types of services that RW Funds during the

reporting period. This is a new scope of clients from previous reporting periods.

services entered into the AIRS database.

  • It includes demographics, service data and clinical status measures.
  • Medical Clients require the greatest level of detail and follow up.
