 1:40 p.m. arrival at Toronto Pearson Airport  Two Flights travelling to Frankfurt, Germany  Group 1 - 4:40 p.m. Air Canada 872, Arrive in Frankfurt at 6:10 a.m.  Group 2 - 6:30 p.m. Lufthansa 471, Arrive in Frankfurt at 8:00 a.m.

Arrival in Frankfurt – Monday, May 1 Group 1 will wait at the airport for Group 2 to arrive.

SUNDAY, APRIL 30: AT THE AIRPORT

 Report to Air Canada / Lufthansa counter at Terminal 1 and

check in with your chaperone to receive your ID

 Chaperones will check bags for dress uniform and choral folder  Group will check in together at Air Canada / Lufthansa counter  Group will clear security together  Flights WILL NOT WAIT for latecomers! It is very important

that you are on time and ready

 PLEASE: Do not fill water bottles before arriving. They will be

confiscated by security. All students can fill water bottles after clearing security

What to pack

 Information package includes a packing list  Use these guidelines to ensure your son is prepared, but if he

needs more socks, undershirts or anything else, please add them

 Maximum luggage weight is 23kg.

You can weigh your bag by standing on a bathroom scale, then standing on a scale holding your bag, and subtracting your weight from the second amount!

 We have five concerts, all of which require dress uniform –

please ensure you have enough dress shirts!
