Overview of WP6 – Task 6.4

Key objectives of T6.4:

To develop the right material for communication depending on the audience group targeted and channel used.
To foster the collaboration between the WP in terms of publications and outside visibility.
To disseminate the scientific results and their impact to scientific and non-scientific audiences.
To raise awareness for technological break-through developments achieved by BrightnESS in the areas of detector

and moderator development.

T6.4 Content and purposes

Creation of BrightnESS project website, where news, scientific articles, partner information etc. are disseminated.
Creation of Corporate Visual Identity and adjourning communications materials for partner use; roll-ups, leaflets,

folders.

Creation of BrightnESS Twitter account, to communicate project progress and support ESS and partner organisations.

Results achieved

Since the BrightnESS website went online in November 2015, it has received more than 5,000 visits, channelling traffic to

the ESS website

The BrightnESS Twitter has more than 100 followers, most content concerning ESS -> retweeted by ESS Twitter account.

We’re following partners and other projects and retweeting their content

Corporate materials help project partners to communicate to their target groups
Creation of articles on detector development for ESS website
Assist with creation of detector brochures for ESS Detector Group
