GCP’s management team

Sidney began his career in 1994 in London trading fixed income

derivatives for a Japanese investment bank.

He has subsequently worked with Citibank, Rothschilds, Bank of

Bermuda, ING and a number of family offices.

In April 1998,Sidney passed advanced papers in taxation and

trusts as well as investment portfolio management.

Since 2003, Sidney has worked on private equity investments for

high-net worth clients in Hong Kong and China.

Sidney has a bachelors degree in physics (BSc - University of

Durham), a bachelors degree in law (LLB(Hons) – University of London), masters degree in law (LLM – Boston University School

f law) and a postgraduate certificate in law (PCLL – University of

Hong Kong).

Sidney is a qualified barrister-at-law in Hong Kong.
Sidney has British citizenship, Ghanaian citizenship and is a

permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
