World Class Supply Chain
- Investment in the latest bespoke technology system enables us to provide 99.9% accuracy on stock
- Our IT system links all of our sales and purchasing activities and provides an accurate system of
demand planning and forecasting.
- All products are barcoded and scanned prior to dispatch and in the rare event there should be an
issue with any product, we are accurately able to determine the history of that product/batch.
- To provide further traceability for our products all wash care labels come with a discretely placed
supplier reference which identifies the mill, period and year of manufacture.
- All mills are monitored through in-line and final product inspections, random and independent safety
testing and rigorous social compliance audits.
- We use third party auditors, such as Intertek, to carry product inspections and social audits on our
behalf and further back this up with regular mill visits by members of our team.
- We work with an independent inspection company to carry out our in-line and final random
inspections at all of our mills, on all of our shipments. They are an extension of the Richard Haworth Quality department and provide consistency throughout our supply chain.
