• A Request for Information (RFI) issued to the market in December 2018
• Twelve (12) responses received in February 2018
• Report compiled and issued to sourcing team
• Discussion with each Department involved in DPER RPA Pilot
• Procurement strategy formulated

• There are four services that Deloitte will deliver, these are:
• 1. The supply, renewal and installation of RPA licences
• 2. The provision of RPA training and development
• 3. The provision of proposed RPA Software Vendor expert technical support
• 4. The provision of RPA and RPA related consultancy services
• In order for this mechanism to work efficiently, you should have a clear

understanding of your requirements and specifications.

• The OGP, DPER Innovation Unit and Deloitte will provide assistance if needed.

What services are covered by this Framework?

Framework User Guide

• Drawdown Mechanism – Direct Drawdown
• If you propose to award a contract for RPA Services, you must complete a

Notification to Activate Services Form (NASF), which is available to download at www.ogp.gov.ie.

• The NASF document forms the contract between your organisation and

Deloitte Ireland LLP.

• The NASF should be submitted to the Deloitte Ireland LLP directly at

(IE_GPS_RPA@deloitte.ie) while also copying the OGP at (rpa@ogp.gov.ie)

Notification to Activate Services Form (NASF)

• The term of the Contract to be awarded, for example:
• 6 week (Proof of Concept)
• 2 years (RPA Licenses, 20 days Consultancy, 7 attendees at beginners training)
• The data protection information - Processing, Personal Data and Data

Subjects (please engage with your DPO to assess what data will be processed)

• Schedule A to the NASF: Confidentially Agreement
• Schedule B to the NASF: Confidentiality Agreement - Data Protection
