Leaders must demonstrate active leadership within an on-campus club, organization, or department and provide reflection on their experience.

Complete LEADStrong

Leaders must complete at least 10 hours of service work in an off-campus project and provide reflectionon their experience. As a LEADStrong leader, you are required to complete workshops, attend conferences, and other programs which help you explore specifjc SELF, GROUP, and SOCIETY Values. Leadership Development Plans should be coordinated with your LEADStrong mentor according to individual needs and interests. Points are awarded for each type of experience.
