Motivation A few years ago, in order to provide ocean forecast information to Fishers, we had a plan to develop ocean forecast system FRA-JCOPE using JPFI monitoring data with great help of

What is FRA-uploader ? It is a windows software for distributing of FRA and JPFI monitoring data. Who use it ? Researchers and Staffs in Japanese Prefectural Fisheries Institute and Fisheries Research Agency How to use it ? Next slide. When use it ? After observation. Where use it ? On some PC with Internet

Technical issues of FRA-uploader, bother us.

Change of the Instruments The reason why FRA-uploader can correctly and easily operate is that each instrumental information such as text format of SBE9 , SBE8,・・・・ are incorporated in FRA-uploader in advance. If some institute use another instrument, FRA-uploader can not correctly operate at all. How to demonstrate QC about coastal data?

In mixed water region east of Japan and coastal area, it is difficult to demonstrate QC of data because temperature and salinity in the coastal region fluctuate sharply and we can not distinguish error or not.
