This beautiful Azimut 35M has been extensively refitted and upgraded over the last 2 years with more than €2m spent on her refurbishment. She is now in top condition and in turn-key status and immediately ready for a new owner to take

ver. The current owner has cruised on her extensively over the past 3 seasons including Turkey,

Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy, France and Spain. Her 5 cabin layout includes 2 pullman berths which means the yacht can sleep up to 12 guests in sumptuous luxury. You will not find a larger flybridge on any yacht of her size and she was upgraded in 2017 with a large 8 person Jacuzzi. In addition there is a bar with all facilities, multiple seating areas, barbecue and shower and brand new electric sun awnings fitted in 2017. Her zero speed stabilisers mean absolute comfort whether at anchor or while underway and she maintains an impressive top speed of 26 knots while cruising can be anywhere between 8 and 22 knots. She has a complete and very hi-tech AV system throughout the yacht which includes an upgraded sound system on the flybridge with extensive coloured lighting. FORTUNA – Yacht Walkthrough

Yacht Access & Stern The yacht is accessed via the stern passerelle or via the bathing platform, or alternatively via the side boarding ladder when moored alongside. On arriving on the aft deck, there is a large dining/seating area for 10 guests with polished table. There is also a fridge, ice maker and TV for entertainment. The bow of the yacht can be accessed from the passageways on both port and starboard which lead to a large sun bathing area on the bow. Also, from the stern is a large teak staircase to directly access the flybridge. Flybridge The huge flybridge can be accessed directly from the stern stairs or via the internal stairs leading from the Bridge. The flybridge is split into two levels with a huge purpose built jacuzzi at the aft surrounded by sun bathing areas and sunbeds. To port is a shower and barbecue. Further forward to port lies the beautiful bar with fridge, storage, sink, ice maker etc and seating. Directly opposite is the large seating and dining area for 12 guests. Forward to port is the external helm/driving position with additional seating to starboard for guests. In between lies the stairs to access the bridge. The flybridge has a comprehensive AV system including TV, audio system and party lighting system. Overhead are two huge electrically operated sun shades meaning the whole area can either protected from or open to the sun.

Salon The beautiful large salon is accessed directly from the aft double sliding doors or from the guest cabins or galley. Staring aft is the stunning newly installed marble bar with full changeable backlighting, this backlighting can also be found under all marble surfaces in the salon window areas. The bar is fully equipped with ice maker, sink, fridge etc. To starboard is a hidden cupboard containing all central AV equipment. Further to starboard is the main seating/relaxation area incorporating two Italian designer sofas and two loose

chairs. Directly opposite is the 65" smart TV.

Forward of the seating area is the dining area with large brand new marble table with seating for 10. Crockery and glassware storage is to be found either side of the dining area. Guest Area The guest cabins can be accessed via the salon or starboard side midships door leading directly to the exterior. Forward on maindeck is the beautiful and light ViP cabin with ensuite bathroom and office. A grand stairway leads down to the other 4 cabins including the master suite to the rear. The master suite is full bean with seating and desk area and includes a large walk in closet. To starboard is the bathroom including shower/steamroom. Moving forward, the twin guest cabin can be found to port followed by two guest double cabins on the starboard side. All cabins have ensuite bathrooms. The twin and one double cabin also have an addition pullman berth allowing the yacht to sleep 12 guests. Galley The galley is accessed via electric automatic door from the salon or via the side door meaning crew can access the galley and crew area without disturbing guests in the salon. The galley is a fully equipped commercial kitchen and also has a pantry to the rear which situates the fresh drinking water tap, sink and wine rack - meaning easy service for the crew.

Crew Area The crew mess is access via the galley and includes a kitchen area, seating area and separate laundry/storage room. The 3 crew cabins are accessed from the crew mess. Technical Space The large technical space can be found on the starboard side internal passageway and is hidden from view. Bridge The bridge is accessed from the starboard internal passageway or via stairs from the flybridge. This includes all yacht controls and navigation systems and all technical information. It includes a seating area where guests can interact with the Captain. Garage The garage is accessed via stairs from the port side aft or via the stern door when open. The garage stores the tender, jetski, water toys and extensive technical equipment. When the stern door is lowered to the water it makes for a large bathing area with easy access for tenders and to the water for swimmers/divers. The tender and jetski are launched via a rail system directly into the water over the lowered stern door. Engine Room The engine room is accessed via the Garage and starts with a separate control and electrical room. The main room contains the 2 x MTU engines, 2 x generators and all other yacht main systems including air conditioning, chillers, hydraulics etc. Bow The bow has a large storage area and sunbathing pads on the raised foredeck. The lower foredeck is a working area for anchoring systems.
