Football Fridays

Tournament Format  There will be 8 teams of 10/11 players each.  Each team will have a class of supporters from Reception to Year 4.  The 8 teams will be divided into 2 groups of 4  Each team will play all the other teams in the group once.  After everyone has played 3 fixtures each, the top 2 in each group will go through to the semi-finals.

Tournament Rules  8-a-side  Games will last 12 minutes in total (6 minutes per half).  Adults are allowed to play. However, they are not allowed to play in goal or score.  No slide tackling.  Every player must wear shin pads when they are on the pitch.  3 girls from each team must be on the pitch at all times
