RCAA supports the business education and coaching components of the project in the clients’ homes
Business Education/Business Coaching
Visual aid separates personal expenses from business expenses
Loan Officer visits business owners once a month to collect loan payment
Micro loans supported by KIVA through Namaste Guatemaya
Signing the Contract and Receiving the Check
Micro Loans average $235; repayment over nine months
Business coaches and loan officers are well qualified by education and experience
Women in good standing are eligible for three cycles End of the Cycle
