A national ranking of 1.10 m Athletes

 The Regional Leagues Finals are based on National Rankings  Each NF of the Leagues qualifies a mixed Team of 3 Athletes:

1st placed Athlete @ 1.20 m from national ranking
1st placed Athlete @ 1.10 m from national ranking
1st placed Athlete @ 1.00 m from national ranking

 Age of Athletes: 15 +  Team podium  Regional Finals with borrowed horses
