Aim of the Project 1.Production and launch of the industrial complex "ECOUT" for recycling and processing MSW and Software using the method

  • f thermochemical destruction with utilization capacity up to 16

tons of MSW per day, with production of commercial products for their further implementation; 2.Creation a plant for waste-free MSW processing and software for further creation of the network of plants on the basis of the Complex "ECOUT" . 3.Improvement of the environmental situation in the area of activity of the managing organization on the plant waste production and consumption management.

Products supposed to be produced Products obtained as the result of waste recycling: boiler fuel, electric and thermal energy, fuel briquettes and fertilizers. When allocating heating oil distillation equipment at the Plant, diesel fuel can be obtained. Indicative budget (technical equipment) The cost of the Plant is 30 million rubles ($500,000) Including:

Methods of Thermochemical Destruction Methods of MSW decomposition in the controlled atmosphere in the absence of

  • xygen.

It allows degrade chlorinated organics (PVC, chlorlignin, etc.) without formation

  • f hazardous toxins - dioxins and furans.

Low-temperature decomposition of organics is a closed-loop MSW recycling technology and Software in the absence of a negative impact on the environment. Low threshold value of the energy of initiating the processes at high impact of internal chemical energy of the MSW content provides high energy efficiency of the waste.

The concept of the Project supposes construction of the Plant of processing capacity of up to 85,000 tons of organic waste (sludge, agricultural waste, MSW, software, etc.) a the year, accompanied with energy production. Waste (Up to 100 000 tons per year) Recycling Complex EKYOT GREENWAY Combustible gas – Energy source (60 - 65%) Fuel oil - source of energy (up to 15 - 20%) Synthetic charcoal (20%)
