- Dining area to have a
lighter, brighter palette to be featured next to large existing windows.
- Included will be light-mid
wood tones, soft upholstered chairs, new wall finishes and feature pendant lighting.
- We intend to reuse existing
tables within the design as well as existing chairs. Both will blend seamlessly into
- verall design.

has fixed and stand alone banquettes.
- We intend the overall
banquette style to remain constant throughout the space while some details may be adapted to each unique area.

Option 1a_New WC Block
We propose to move the toilet block to a centralized location on the 1st floor. This allows for the following:
- Ease of access from all areas
- n the 1st floor
- Each space can be used
separately without impeding access to WC
- Allows for more floor space to
be given to the dining and new members bar area.
- Accessible WC incorporated
into overall WC block, satisfying accessible WC regulations.
- New WC block pricing includes
all new plumbing, radiators and extract and drainage
- systems. It also includes for

The members bar to have a contrasting palette to the rest
- f the space to create a more
intimate club feel.
- Darker colours and
finishes with mid-dark wood tones and buttoned leather upholstery.
- Furniture to be a modern
take on traditional styles.

creates a separate sense
- f space while still using
the same design details allowing the members bar to feel connected to the club but still have its
- wn identity.

Proposed stair design with incorporated lighting for evening and night time. Proposed clear glazing for wrap around balustrade. We propose a fixed, retractable awning with integrated lighting wrapping around the terrace extension. This type of awning would provide protection from the weather when needed, and allows light and sun when retracted. New terrace extension conceptual rendering
