Purposes:

  • Promote interests of leaseholders
  • Negotiate lease modifications with City of Vancouver on behalf of

leaseholders

To be eligible for membership:

  • False Creek residential strata leaseholder
  • Sign agency agreement with Society

Directors:

  • Three appointed by *RePlan (initial)
  • One or two appointed by enclaves with at least 30% participation

Agency Agreement

Each leaseholder agrees:

  • no separate negotiation with City of Vancouver
  • no lease modification unless ratified by participating leaseholders

*RePlan SLS agrees to:

  • act as agent within scope described in agency agreement
  • present lease modification to participating leaseholders for approval

One agreement between *RePlan Strata Leaseholders’ Society and all participating leaseholders Fixed term unless extended by leaseholders
