FARM AID TRUCK MOUNTED 680 MIXER
There is a hydraulically operated door between the mixing tank and the conveyor 680 Cu. Ft. Mixer to modulate feed flow. 55 Gallon hydraulic reservoir Feed is conveyed from this device. It’s height is hydraulically adjusted. The PTO and pump mounted on conveyor chain is powered hydraulically. the side of the transmission.
This unit is mounted on a frame that is provided with the mixer. The mixer frame is bolted to the truck on 4 corners. 4300 International Allison 3060P transmission Mounting bolts
Our frame starts out as a 6” X 6” steel tube, The tube is cut out so that the cut tube straddles the truck frame. Measurements are taken of the frame and 3/8” steel plate is cut to fit the truck frame with a window in it where the 6” Weigh bar X 6” tube passes through. The tube is welded to the tube after the plate is bolted to the truck and the diagonals are checked ensuring accurate operation of the weigh bars
Hydraulic motor to drive mixer Door opening indicator Hydraulic oil filter Electric over oil control valve for all hydraulic functions on the mixer.
This row of switches turns the motors on or off The aluminum control box is mounted inside the truck.
We install mixers on all wheel drive trucks
We custom design a rear bumper with LED lights used on all main functions
We design, build and install steel fenders that mount to the truck frame without any welding on the truck frame
Flood lamp on the feed
Optional flood lamp on rear bumper
