About F3

• Established in 2003, F3 sheetmetal is a limited company based in the East Midlands

with exports to clients all across Europe, producing a variety of sheetmetal products to match the customers needs, with reputable clients entrusting us with constant work, you can be sure high quality service is guaranteed. In 2016 we were certified to NBS ISO 9001:2008 standard. We are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2015. A prestigious award for our quality management system which was updated and recertified in April 2018.

Product Manufacturing

• Items that we manufacture range from the simplest flat

metal plate with a single hole to the complex larger assembly containing numerous components that have been punched, formed, machined, welded, sanded, plated, painted, ink-screened, installed with hardware, and mechanically assembled together using screws, rivets or weld.

• Most parts will also require additional operations including

a finishing operation (either painting or plating) prior to packaging and shipment.

finished product to customer satisfaction but offering complete fabrication service expected of today’s ever changing global market.
