WHY DID WE START THIS PROGRAM?

Denver is growing and changing. Every year since

2010, an additional 15,000-20,000 people have moved to the City and County of Denver. This

growth has put pressure on the City’s transportation system and is changing the way people travel through and between neighborhoods.
