Affjnity GRoup - A Typical Meeting

Rosetta Lee suggested this Affinity Group structure with 3 components: 1. Check-In, so each individual is allowed air time (if they choose to share). Example: what is your “rose & thorn” of being a student of color? 2. A Celebration of Identity (a video clip, sharing a common experience, or supporting a student-led activity) 3. Something that makes you go “Hmmm…” (a current or past global event or something that’s happening or has happened at school or in the media to prompt discussion)
