  1. Explanation: This document contains sample scenarios used for a working exercise at the March 9, 2011 meeting of the Clarkson/Erindale Accommodation Review Committee (ARC). The scenarios in this document do not contain any pre-determined preferences of the Peel District School Board and were specifically created by board planning staff to introduce the ARC to the range of possibilities they can consider in their work developing the recommendations that will inform the final decision made by the Peel District School Board.

Getting to Know Our Schools ARC School Summary Sheet: •Summary of factual information from the school information profiles •Facility information –Site size, building size, year built, additions, portables / RCM’s, property for additions / development, classrooms, capacity, utilization and FCI •Program Information –Grade configuration, ELP, Special Education, French Immersion, Regional Programs •Transportation Information –# of busses to schools, % of students within walking distance of the schools •Enrolments –Capacity trends, historical enrolment, projected enrolment
