Guests open a tab using the Rooam app, automatically creating a ticket in the POS. They place their order with the server like normal, and state that they are using Rooam. Server adds the order to the guest’s tab, using the existing POS, which immediately updates on the Rooam app. Guests pay by closing their tab on their phone and the location gets paid directly.
