TESTS AND OPTIMIZATIONS
Tests of thermal power generation equipment are conducted in order to determine performance characteristics such as:
- Boiler operating parameters
- Energy conversion efficiency and thermal balance
- Heat losses
Tests are carried out for:

- Auxiliaries
Tests are carried out for Balance of Plant equipment from the smallest power rating up to 500 MW

EMISSION TESTS
HORIBA PG-350 gas analyser, for concentration measurements of:
- CO, CO2, SO2 (using Non-Dispersive Infrared Absorption Method – NDIR )
- NO, NOx (using Cross-Flow Modulation Chemiluminescence Detection Method – CLD)
- O2 (using paramagnetic method)
GASMET DX-4000 gas analyser operating in accordance with principles of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), able to measure gases:
- CO, CO2, SO2, NO, NO2, N2O, CH4
- concentration of water-soluble substances, that is NH3, HF or HCl, as well as H2O
AMS 3220 analyser for O2 measurement carried our using a zircondioxid sensor Automatic dust meter Emiotest 2598 which uses gravimetric method for measurements of dust concentration and mass flow rate
