The Future

One of the biggest issues we face when it comes to recruitment is attracting the top talent in the industry. We were a late entry to the UK Platform Market and face lots of stiff competition in and around the Edinburgh area for attracting Customer Service Representatives. On review from Napier University, our course has been credit rated at SCQF level 8. We are looking to utilise this unique selling point to show people that are interested in a career in Customer Services, that Aegon are willing to invest in the appropriate levels of training to strive to become the number one service provider in the market.
