Once successfully complete the training academy the new employee is assigned to a Certified Training Officer- Phase I- 160 hours- Navigating Special Operation Procedures, Human Recourse Policies, Geography and Mapping, Radio Verbiage, Basic CAD Functions, Phase II – 150 hours - On the job Training - Phones and call taking - Radio - Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) - Customer Service Phase III- Independent work, training objectives, Chart (trainee must explain, demonstrate and perform their duties)
