‘On The Move’ with Assist Trust

Since a previous sports group engaged with the ‘On The Move’ program, we’ve noticed;

  • Increased confidence to try new

things/different activities and groups at Assist (not sports related).

  • Increased confidence/ability to follow

instructions, which has aided certain members with developing their employment skills.

  • Noticeably improved team work skills and

positivity in encouraging others.

  • More willingness and desire to participate

in sports.

Every Customer was able to join in the activities that were provided

The equipment enabled the sessions to be fun. Exercising became enjoyable for those who avoided it in the past.
