Dear , This letter is Step 2 of your two-step Onboarding Process. Attached is a file that contains various policy and procedure documents that must be reviewed thoroughly and retained in your personal files. As a reminder, Keller ISD must document verification of the identity and employment authorization of each new

  • employee. The Form I-9 provides a list of documents that are acceptable for verification purposes.

Please be sure to bring the following items with you to your orientation:

  • Employment Verification

– most employees use their Social Security Card & Driver’s License, but you may choose from the list of documents on the Form I-9.

  • All official transcripts received from a university with your degree and date conferred
  • Official service records

If you do not currently have your official transcripts and service records, please request them and submit them to Keller ISD HR upon receipt. Service Records are generally maintained by Human Resources at your last school district. We look forward to meeting you! Respectfully, Keller ISD Human Resources
