Before you on-board

  • Make sure their AdWords account is in your MCC
  • Ensure billing is setup in AdWords
  • You have access to their website, or they have put you in touch with someone at the company

who has access.

  • You know all of the thank you / confirmation URLs of ALL the forms on their website.
  • That you know what they want to achieve with AdWords - what is their ideal Cost-per-lead? Or

how many leads would they like a month.

  • That they understand AdWords takes time to yield results, a minimum of 3 months.

Before you fill the on-board form

  • Read the Full On-boarding Process Guide - https://www.invisibleppc.com/onboarding/
  • Add ganalyticsmcc2@gmail.com to their Google Tag Manager Account with “Publish” access

(if they have one)

  • Add ganalyticsmcc2@gmail.com to their Google Analytics Account (If they have one)
  • If they don’t have Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, let us know on the onboarding

form and WE will create those for you.

  • If they use Wordpress, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce etc, Google a “Google Tag Manager

Plugin” for that Platform. This makes adding the Google Tag Manager code very easy. (Let us know in the Notes section of the onboarding form, you have installed a plugin)

What is the measureable goal for this campaign

  • How many calls or leads does your client want to achieve in a month. Or what monetary

figure do they want to spend on their cost-per-lead.

  • Remember to keep these realistic; if your client has $1000 budget & it is an average $10

CPC, getting 100 leads a month is not possible. Remember to take into account;

  • Not every lead will convert
  • Wasted Ad Spend
  • Fluctuation in the Cost Per Click

Top Tip

  • If you requested as proposal use the Cost-per-lead figure from there if they aren’t sure.

Google Tag Manager

  • Before onboarding it is vital that if your client has Google Tag Manager on their account,

that you give ganalyticsmcc2@gmail.com access BEFORE you onboard.

  • If your client do not have Google Tag Manager on their website, we can set this up for
  • you. You then need to add the code, either through the HTML or a plugin.
  • Top Tip
  • If you have to add the code to your clients website, search Google to see if there are any

Plugins for their CMS Platform.

  • Utilize You Tube for lots of step by step guides on how to install Google Tag Manager

with a plugin.

Please list the thank you page URLs of all forms/cart

  • When a online form is filled on your client’s website, what URL are they sent to once they

select send?

  • If they don’t have a thank you URL, please ensure that your client or their Webmaster

creates one. These are important for tracking conversions.

  • If a lightbox appears and users are not sent to a thank you page, then we can track this

light box

  • A member of our team will contact you within 1 business day regarding your on-boarding form.
  • On-boarding forms filled in incorrectly or missing key information can not be processed
  • We will highlight any areas of the onboarding form that require your attention
  • We will send a code for Google Tag Manager (if needed).
  • We will invite you to schedule your onboarding call.

  • If you have been sent anything to be added to your client’s website, ensure they do it at the

How Long Will It Take?

  • An account can go live in as little as 5 Working Days if everything is in order prior to filling in

the on-boarding form.

  • Campaigns will be built within 3 business days of your on-boarding call. At which point it is

ready to go live, UNLESS…

After the on-board form is submitted

  • We do not have access to Google Tag Manager (if the client already has it installed)
  • Google Tag Manager has not been added to your client's website (if we have to provide you the code)
  • You have not signed off your IPPC landing page (if you requested one)
  • You have not confirmed tracking works (we will email you once tracking has been set up in Google Tag Manager)
  • Billing is not set up on the account.
  • If you have ordered a landing page and not provided us with the CName.
  • You have not signed off the landing page.
  • There are outstanding invoices.
  • You have not confirm that the only authorized users on the account are ones that are SUPPOSED to be there.
