  2. HOW TO VOTE ON NOVEMBER 3rd Every registered voter will receive a vote-by-mail ballot prior to Election day  Already received?  New registrations or changes- within 5 days  SLO County Voter information booklet & I Voted sticker

  3. OPTIONS FOR RETURNING BALLOT  By mail (postage paid by County)  Postmarked by Election day and received by November 17  At a designated secure drop box  Open beginning Oct 5 – Nov 3  Libraries are allowing the use of secure book return slots for ballot drop boxes  All locations are posted on www.slovote.com and will be in the SLO County voter information booklet

  4. OPTIONS FOR IN PERSON VOTING  County Elections offices  Open for voting beginning October 5  8am-5pm Mon-Fri, longer hours 10/ 31- 11/ 3  Voter Service Centers  21 sites around the county  Sat, 10/ 31 - Mon, 11/ 2 9:00 am - 5:00 pm  Tue, 11/ 3 open 7am - 8 pm  At any of these sites a voter can:  Turn in a voted vote by mail ballot  Vote  Receive a replacement vote by mail ballot  Complete a Conditional Voter Registration  Use the ballot marking device that allows voters with disabilities to vote independently
