  9.  All constituencies are represented by 2 persons: Board Member and Alternate Board Member  Each represents a larger group of countries , agencies or organizations (other than UNESCO and UNICEF)  Each Board member consults with the full constituency to represent the views of the entire group EFA FTI Information Session  9 17 May 2011 | Kigali, Rwanda 

  11.  Supreme governing body of the EFA FTI  Sets policies and strategies , and reviews and approves objectives for the EFA FTI Partnership  Makes funding decisions for the Education for All Fund and monitors its utilization, upon recommendations from the Financial Advisory Committee (FAC)  Gives direction to the EFA FTI Secretariat and Chair , and reviews and approves their annual budget and work plan  Advocates for the EFA FTI Partnership and mobilizes resources to achieve quality basic education for all children EFA FTI Information Session  11 17 May 2011 | Kigali, Rwanda 

  12.  Commissions and provides oversight to EFA FTI working groups and task teams  Enhances links among the various partners of the EFA FTI Partnership by strengthening channels of communication and collaboration  Oversees the preparation of the EFA FTI Partnership Meeting  Exercises other powers as required to carry out the purposes of the EFA FTI EFA FTI Information Session  12 17 May 2011 | Kigali, Rwanda 

  17.  EFA FTI Board Operations Team serves as a liaison between the EFA FTI Secretariat and the EFA FTI Board of Directors and FAC and their respective Chair  EFA FTI Secretariat acts as facilitator for constituency communications to ensure separation of roles between the EFA FTI Board and the EFA FTI Secretariat  Board Manual will be circulated shortly EFA FTI Information Session  17 17 May 2011 | Kigali, Rwanda 
