Meetings/decisions are in regular basis – 15 committee meetings and 7 consultative meetings with stakeholders DDRC Secretariat is functional Regular coordination and mobilization of national and local NGOs Regular publication of all information regarding earthquake damages and relief works through website (www.ddckavre.gov.np) and notice board. 20
