Objectives of MoU The ultimate goal is to fight poverty and to promote financial inclusion in developing countries. Focus on existing or newly created microfinance institutions, including microfinance banks, in the ACP countries. Eligible actions: capacity building, training, social performance and product development, including mobile banking. New focus areas (5th MoU): education for young entrepreneurs and support for businesses in countries affected by migration.
