April 2017 – MORPC releases the 2017-2020 Regional Sustainability Agenda. August 2017 – Topic of sustainability introduced to Community Services Advisory Commission (CSAC). October 2017 – MORPC launches Sustainable2050. Dublin City Council adopts resolution 77-17 to commit to Sustainable2050. April 2018 – Initial draft of Sustainability Framework presented to CSAC. September 2018 – Dublin Sustainability Framework accepted by Dublin City Council. October 2018 – Dublin certified as Platinum tier sustainable2050 community. February 2019 – Kick off sustainability advisory team.
