What is a “Yaw”?

Is the rotating head of the drone either left or right and is controlled by the throttle stick which is also called the rudder.

What is a Pitch?

Is the movement of the drone forward

• r backward. Push the aileron stick

forward and it goes forward.

What is a Roll?

Confuses most, but it makes the drone fly sidewards. Controlled with the aileron stick moving it left and right.

Sorenson created a radio controlled aircraft in World War II. In Cold War period, drones were used to target in battle field and for collection radioactive data of nuclear tests. During Vietnam War in 1959, drones were then used as spy planes and practice or aerial combat skils.
