Jule Top Priorities 1. Extend service hours for riders until at least 9:00 p.m. on weekdays. 2. Expand geographic coverage of routes. Areas include but are not limited to, Asbury, John Deere, and East Dubuque. 3. Extend service to new industrial park employment areas. 4. Improve the west-end transfer area. Indoor waiting area and restrooms. 5. Establish a partnership with RTA 8 to provide regular service to Peosta. 6. Increase the number of benches and shelters at high ridership locations.
